For transfer of heat (heating) and cold

Transfer stations

The complete solution from a single source with benefits for designers, specialised tradespeople and system operators.

High-performance compact stations bring heating and cooling directly into the house and into the heating circuit.

Sailer is the competent partner for high-performance local/district heating and cooling transfer stations with a power range from
5 kW to 10,000 kW. Thanks to their low return temperature of just 30 °C, the appliances are energy-efficient and cost-saving, especially when combined with the appropriate stratified storage tanks and the “MASTER” system controller.

The Sailer “FEWASTA” and “NAWASTA” heating and cooling transfer stations play a decisive role in the use of district heating, a particularly popular and environmentally friendly energy source in urban and rural areas. Their main function is to precisely adapt the energy from the district heating or heating water network to the individual requirements of a building or consumer.

Interesting facts about Sailer transfer stations

District heating in urban and rural areas
District heating is a popular and environmentally friendly energy source, as it does not cause any CO2 or other emissions where it is used.

Heat directly into your home
Sailer local or district heating transfer stations can be connected directly to the heating circuits or to a buffer tank that supplies all consumers, including the fresh water station.

Space-saving, compact devices
Sailer transfer stations are custom-made transfer stations. They are characterized by their compactness, robustness and durability. With the help of CAD technology, the transfer stations can be precisely integrated into the overall planning of the heating system.

Design according to network operator requirements
As early as the planning phase, we take into account the requirements of the network operators/suppliers as well as the applicable operating conditions, AGFW guidelines and DIN standards to ensure a professional design.

Design variants
Sailer transfer stations are available in different design variants in order to adapt flexibly to your needs, whether for weather-controlled heating circuits and/or drinking water systems. We manufacture all components individually up to an output of 10,000 kW to ensure optimum solutions for your requirements.

Our services from planning to professional commissioning
As early as the planning phase, we take into account the requirements of the grid operator/utility company as well as applicable operating conditions, AGFW guidelines and DIN standards to ensure a professional design.

Sailer system components round off the range of services.
All Sailer system components such as stratified storage tanks with Sailer stratification, fresh water stations, living room stations / living room central units, solar collectors and the “MASTER” system controller, which can also be controlled externally via a remote portal using a PC and mobile devices, can be used to match the transfer stations.

Neighborhood solution
Local heating networks offer the possibility of integrating smaller areas into an energy-efficient infrastructure at short notice. The centrally generated heat energy is distributed to the decentralized consumers. The Sailer system controllers take care of demand-based control. The heat can be transferred to the consumers directly or indirectly via the “NAWASTA” local heat transfer station.
