District heating storage

Highly efficient “FPS” district heating cylinder for the hygienic heating of domestic hot water in conjunction with the “FRIWASTA” fresh water station and for heating buildings.

The “FPS” was specially designed for local and district heating applications. The criterion here is to achieve a minimum primary return temperature. For this reason, the cylinder has a combination of highly efficient stratified elements and an internal circulation heat exchanger to achieve optimum temperature stratification.

Max. Operating pressure 3 bar (XXL 2.5 bar). Max. Max. operating temperature 110 °C. Tank connections: 7 sockets 5/4“ (from 1,500 l 2”), 1x ½“ for dial thermometer, 2 x 1 ½” for screw-in heating element. Sensor terminal strip. 2 built-in elbow pipes for full utilization of the cylinder volume. Stratified charging device for cylinder loading (up to max. 6 m³/h) and Friwasta-RL (up to max. 6 m³/h).
