- High-performance plate heat exchangers
We use particularly high-quality stainless steel plate heat exchangers, which are either copper-soldered or welded stainless steel, depending on the pH value or the electrical conductivity of the water. The heat exchangers are large enough to bring the freshly tapped water to the desired temperature very quickly. - Charging pump
It pumps the heating water through the heat exchanger, through which the cold drinking water flows at the same time, separated by a metal wall. The drinking water heats up to the desired temperature and flows on to the tapping point. The cooled heating water flows back to the heating cylinder. - Sensors
at the tapping points register when a tapping point is activated. The electronic control unit starts the pump and regulates its output according to the flow data transmitted by the respective sensor. The result: our fresh water stations require a minimum of electricity compared to conventional devices. - Control system
Sailer has developed three intelligent control systems - the “BASIC”, “MANAGER” and “MASTER” system controllers. Depending on the model, they perform different functions. They can control either the fresh water station or the entire heating system and ensure that heat is generated in line with demand.
* Copper-brazed heat exchangers should be used up to a pH value of 7 to 9 or an electrical conductivity of 10-500 µS/cm. Use stainless steel welded heat exchangers with a pH value of 6-10 or with an electrical conductivity of over 500 µS/cm.
