The warranty period can be extended to 5 years for all our fresh water stations. The warranty is then valid for a period of 60 months from commissioning.
The uncomplicated way to extend the warranty:
- Proof of commissioning
- Friwasta-Basic and Friwasta-Plus 30-40: Presentation of the Sailer commissioning report by the installer
- FRIWASTA-Plus 50-100, FRIWASTA-Plus 120-400, FRIWASTA-Plus 250-800 and all double stations and cascades: Commissioning by Sailer customer service
- Registration of the fresh water station
- The purchased FRIWASTA fresh water station must be registered within 3 months of commissioning. Please use the following registration form for this purpose.
- Maintenance contract
- Conclusion of a Sailer maintenance contract The fresh water station must be professionally serviced once a year by the Sailer customer service department.
